The health industry has always been somewhat of an enigma to me. When I was younger I had never been sick and would sometimes go years without seeing a doctor unless prompted to do so. Often when someone complains, there is almost always someone there to remind you that ‘it isn’t the end of the world’ and the minor inconvenience can always be overcome, but in some instances, the complaint is just.
